WoW Forever: Fastly Level Up to 60 With Druid & Prep For Endgame

WoW Forever, commonly known as WoW Classic Plus, preserves the core experience of classic Azeroth while introducing new zones, quests, talents, dungeons, and raids. Although the level cap remains 60, classes and content have been adjusted. Therefore, even if you are familiar with the Classic Era, simply copying old leveling routes is not recommended.

WoW Forever has tweaked existing talent trees, allowing a wider variety of builds to be viable for both leveling and endgame content. When choosing a class, it is better to understand how it performs during actual leveling rather than blindly copying popular builds.

The Druid is a prime example. In the early stages, you can use Moonfire, Rejuvenation, and Wrath. Upon reaching Level 10, you gain Bear Form, which offers superior survivability against multiple enemies. At Level 20, Cat Form unlocks, shifting your playstyle toward more agile melee damage output.

If you choose the Feral Druid specialization, talents such as Ferocity, Heart of the Wild, and Feral Swiftness are worth prioritizing during the leveling phase. Once in Cat Form, you can combine abilities like Prowl, Shred, Rake, Claw, and Ferocious Bite in combat.

WoW Classic Plus adds new zones such as Zephras Isle, Mount Hyjal, Riverglades, and Shen’dralas, along with additional quests. This means your leveling path does not have to strictly follow old routes.

Questing remains the primary method of leveling, though you can mix in dungeon runs based on your level. A practical strategy is to focus on zones where quests are concentrated. This minimizes the need to travel across multiple maps just to complete a single objective.

Don’t overlook gear while leveling. This is especially true for Druids, because weapon damage affects performance in Cat Form and Bear Form. When you encounter a weapon that significantly boosts combat efficiency, spending your WoW Forever gold to acquire it is usually more practical than hoarding all your gold.

Gold is easily overlooked by players. Leveling involves expenses such as learning new skills, purchasing gear, stocking up on consumables, and developing professions.

A simple rule of thumb is, avoid spending all your gold for short-term gains. If a piece of gear will be replaced after just a few levels, there is no need to spend a large amount of gold on it. Conversely, if a piece of gear significantly boosts your damage output or survivability, it is worth considering investing some resources into it.

Gathering professions also offer a way to accumulate gold while leveling. You can decide whether to use gathered materials for your own professions or sell them directly for WoW Forever gold. This allows you to level your character while maintaining your financial resources.

If you dislike spending excessive time repeatedly farming gold, you can prepare some funds in advance to purchase key gear, consumables, and profession materials. This will make the leveling process much smoother.

Reaching Level 60 does not mark the end of content in WoW Forever. The game continues to introduce new dungeons, raids, items, and other endgame content centered around Level 60.

Raids announced so far include Barrow Deeps, Hyjal Summit, and Onyx’s Lair. This is why managing your gold wisely during the leveling phase is crucial. Once you reach Level 60, expenses for consumables, profession materials, and gear upgrades will continue. If you save some WoW Forever gold early on, preparing for the endgame will naturally be much easier.

While WoW Classic Plus may look familiar, it is not identical to the Classic Era. New zones, quests, talents, and class adjustments are all worth exploring and understanding.

Ultimately, Level 60 is just the beginning of the long-term endgame in WoW Forever. By laying a solid foundation regarding your level, gear, and financial resources early on, you will find it much easier to transition into raids and other endgame content later.
